This role involves the administration and supervision of the design and construction processes for projects aimed at extending, replacing, or enhancing the District's collection system infrastructure, wastewater treatment facilities, and reclaimed water storage and distribution systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, demonstrate sound judgment, and have a comprehensive understanding of Federal, State, and local regulations that influence the planning, design, construction, and operation of a sanitary district or wastewater utility.

Compensation and Benefits:
The District provides a supportive work environment, competitive salary packages, and comprehensive benefits, including robust health plans, participation in the Arizona State Retirement System, paid sick leave, vacation time, and 100 hours of paid holidays annually. The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $120,000, contingent upon relevant experience and level of responsibility. The role is primarily full-time, with the possibility of part-time arrangements for the most qualified candidate.

Qualifications:
Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona is mandatory within 12 months of employment. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license with no significant violations in the past 39 months prior to the start date. A pre-employment drug screening and background check will be conducted.
