Mercedes Benz Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Client Advisor at Mercedes Benz of North Haven. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate sales
- Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of Mercedes Benz vehicles
- Maintain current knowledge of all Mercedes Benz products and services
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Act as a liaison between clients and the dealership by handling all inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, commission sales position in the auto industry. The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $300,000, paid on a weekly basis. In addition to competitive pay, our employees also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.
