Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Digital Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and designing websites, producing engaging digital content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's marketing and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and design websites to ensure they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Produce engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, and written content, to support the company's marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital content is aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest web and digital trends to ensure that the company's digital assets are innovative and effective.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Webflow for web design, development, and management.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI-powered design tools.
  • Skilled in video production and editing software, including Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and the use of AI tools for digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Forms and SharePoint.
  • A creative thinker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar creative or digital role (preferred).
  • Experience in long-term care/healthcare is a plus (preferred).
