Job Title: Residential Program Manager

At NuPath, Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our residential services team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Program Manager with coordinating relief coverage and maintaining a pool of qualified relief staff.
  • Orient and train relief staff, and oversee staff scheduling in the absence of the Program Manager.
  • Assist the Program Manager in hiring, training, and supervising staff, including work study and other student interns.
  • Teach daily living skills, administer medications, and train individuals in self-medication procedures.
  • Communicate and document individual needs for medical, dental, and psychological appointments or issues.
  • Coordinate residential activities and assist the Program Manager with all aspects of program management and operations.
Requirements:
  • A valid MA or NH driver's license.
  • The ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain all required certifications.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field, or 2 years of experience in the field in lieu of degree.
  • CPR, First Aid, Prevent, and MAP certification.
