Assistant Director of Partial Hospitalization Program
Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Partial Hospitalization Program to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical services and program management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the overall quality and fiscal management of the PHP program
- Deliver direct services to clients and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Lead and co-lead group therapy sessions as needed
- Participate in planning treatment programs and ensure compliance with regulations and payer contract specifications
- Oversee food service for the program and mentor graduate-level interns
- Provide supervision to graduate-level interns and establish effective working relationships within the agency and community
Requirements:
- Prior experience with children and adolescents, as well as a higher level of care experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
