  • Serve as an employee advocate, providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Establish, modify, and support local HR practices and policies as required, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and regulations.
  • Responsible for investigations, conflict resolution, employee communications, and management coaching, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; HR experience is preferred.
