Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a personal injury legal environment.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, tech-savvy, and capable of adapting to new systems and processes while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with attorneys, clients, and court personnel.
  • General understanding of law office operations, practices, and procedures, including electronic filing.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative in daily responsibilities, while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in extensive client communication, presenting a unique opportunity for professional growth within a reputable and dynamic law firm.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, filing, and service of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Conduct legal research and writing tasks, which may involve preparing medical chronologies and summarizing depositions from fact and expert witnesses.
  • Provide direct support to attorneys during pre-trial and trial phases for various litigated matters.

Compensation Structure: Base salary complemented by performance-based incentives.

Salary: Starting from $55,000.00 annually
