We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our team at Hobbie, Corrigan & DeCarlo in Eatontown, NJ.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide direct support to our attorneys in litigated matters, assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, and conduct research and writing assignments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide pretrial and trial support to attorneys in litigated matters
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas
  • Conduct legal research and writing assignments, including medical chronologies and deposition summaries
  • Interact with clients and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a personal injury law firm
  • Strong knowledge of law office operations, practices, and procedures
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
