Role Summary:

The Client Account Specialist role presents an engaging opportunity for a meticulous and proactive individual. This full-time position operates from Monday to Friday with adaptable scheduling options. Key responsibilities include managing the billing and collection processes for medical services, addressing issues with insurance providers, performing audits to ensure accurate payments, and acting as a representative for clients while adhering to company protocols.

Primary Duties:

  • Facilitate the billing and collection processes for healthcare services.
  • Engage with insurance providers to promptly resolve account-related inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough audits on accounts to ensure proper payment from responsible entities.
  • Identify potential revenue loss by reviewing previously processed accounts.
  • Serve as a representative for clients by maintaining effective communication with client departments, third-party carriers, and the public, while upholding the company's service standards and mission.
