Job Title: Guest Service Agent

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, checking guests in and out of the hotel, and handling any guest requests or concerns.

**Responsibilities**

* Greet guests and check them in and out of the hotel in a timely and professional manner
* Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and courteous tone
* Handle guest requests and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner
* Provide information about the hotel and its amenities to guests
* Assist with room reservations and changes
* Process payments and maintain accurate records
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
