We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Respite Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Respite Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing short-term group living environments for adults diagnosed with mental health/substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Screen, enroll, and complete intake documentation for individuals served, ensuring timely completion of clinical assessments and treatment plans.
- Provide clinical consultation to the program, staff, and individuals served on an ongoing basis.
- Assess individuals served for risk and oversee the development and implementation of Safety and Response Plans/Crisis intervention Plans.
- Develop professional, person-centered relationships with individuals served and provide necessary clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practice treatment models.
- Collaborate with community providers, such as Department of Mental Health, local hospitals/inpatient units, independent services providers, probation/parole, and others.
- Master's Degree in Social Services field with current licensure or license eligibility, required.
- Previous experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record required.
- Excellent Supervision (Individual and Group), Professional Development, and Training Opportunities.
