About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Respite Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a Respite Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing short-term group living environments for adults diagnosed with mental health/substance use disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen, enroll, and complete intake documentation for individuals served, ensuring timely completion of clinical assessments and treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical consultation to the program, staff, and individuals served on an ongoing basis.
  • Assess individuals served for risk and oversee the development and implementation of Safety and Response Plans/Crisis intervention Plans.
  • Develop professional, person-centered relationships with individuals served and provide necessary clinical interventions utilizing evidence-based practice treatment models.
  • Collaborate with community providers, such as Department of Mental Health, local hospitals/inpatient units, independent services providers, probation/parole, and others.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Services field with current licensure or license eligibility, required.
  • Previous experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record required.
