Job Description

BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistician to support the Air Force Solutions-Strategic Systems Directorate in the sustainment and modernization of the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon system. As a key member of the Wing Integrated Planning Center (WIPC) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of the Minuteman III system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support maintenance planning and scheduling requirements to ensure the timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
  • Participate in daily and weekly scheduling meetings to coordinate with stakeholders and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Upload daily schedules to the Nuclear Missile Control Center (NMC2) system to facilitate real-time tracking and monitoring of maintenance activities.
  • Document Business Case Execution (BCE) actions in the Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities.
  • Support the documentation of Programmed Depot Maintenance and other Depot-level program schedules in IMDS to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Low Frequency (LF), Medium Altitude Flight (MAF), and support equipment periodic maintenance schedules in IMDS.
  • Ensure that inspections are scheduled and suspenses are cleared in IMDS on a daily basis to prevent delays and ensure the smooth operation of the Minuteman III system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Maintenance, with a minimum of 8 years of Maintenance Management Production experience or extensive knowledge of ICBM Maintenance operations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and balance competing priorities in an effective manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others and respond well to direction.
  • Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels throughout the Missile Wing and AFNWC.
  • Knowledge of weapon system parts and parts ordering processes.
  • Must possess a strong background in IMDS and parts ordering.
  • Ability to interpret and apply applicable Major Command implementing instructions and associated technical orders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Community College Air Force (CCAF) degree in one of the following: Missile Maintenance Technology, Space and Missile Maintenance Technology, Electronic Systems Technology, or Mechanical and Electrical Technology degree.
Pay Information:

Full-Time Salary Range: $121,700
