Senior Logistician

BAE Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistician to support the sustainment and modernization efforts for the Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile weapon system. As a key member of the Wing Integrated Planning Center (WIPC) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful operation of the MM III system.

• Support maintenance planning and scheduling requirements to ensure the MM III system is properly maintained and upgraded.
• Participate in daily and weekly scheduling meetings to coordinate logistics and maintenance activities.
• Upload daily schedules to the NMC2 system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Document BCE actions in proposed alteration and construction affecting the weapon system in IMDS.
• Document Programmed Depot Maintenance and other Depot-level program schedules in IMDS.
• Maintain LF, MAF, and support equipment periodic maintenance schedules.
• Ensure inspections are scheduled and suspenses are cleared in IMDS daily.

• Minimum of 8 years of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile Maintenance experience with missile maintenance field experience or 8 years of Maintenance Management Production experience with extensive knowledge of ICBM Maintenance operations.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills; ability to multitask and balance competing priorities in an effective manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills; works well with others, and responds well to direction.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels throughout the Missile Wing and AFNWC.
• Knowledge of weapon system parts and parts ordering processes.
• Must possess a IMDS and Parts ordering background.
• Ability to interpret/apply applicable Major Command implementing instructions and associated technical orders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance.

• Community College Air Force (CCAF) Degree in one of the following: Missile Maintenance Technology, Space and Missile Maintenance Technology, Electronic Systems Technology, or Mechanical and Electrical Technology degree.
