Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough disassembly of vehicles to assist in damage assessment and prepare a complete repair plan.
- Identify all necessary repairs to minimize additional costs and expedite repair timelines.
- Follow established work procedures and guidelines for all tasks.
- Remove components such as upholstery and accessories to access damaged areas as required.
- Safeguard parts to prevent damage during the repair process.
- Repair body damage through techniques such as hammering, filling, and welding, ensuring all fits and gaps meet industry standards.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools effectively.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by filing, grinding, and sanding.
- Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Preferred I-CAR / ASE certifications.
- 2-3 years of experience in collision repair is preferred.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
- Successful completion of a background check is required.
