About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest quality of pizza products at our various locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting site visits, developing key performance indicators, and collaborating with location management to review assessment data and recommend strategic improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to accounts within the designated territory, including grocery stores, colleges, arenas, zoos, amusement parks, corporate retail stores, and other locations where Sal's Pizza is sold or served.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process improvement initiatives and ensure consistency across all locations.
  • Collaborate with location management to review assessment data and recommend strategic improvements for enhancing product quality.
  • Establish procedures for identifying and reporting quality issues, promptly notifying management of any deviations from quality expectations.
  • Regularly sample and test products to verify adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cross-train in various quality assurance positions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the quality control process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Outgoing, presentable, articulate, and organized.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
