Job Description

This role requires a knowledgeable and engaging individual to serve as a Tour Guide and ambassador for our venue. The successful candidate will provide high-quality information about the stadium and its surroundings, ensuring a memorable experience for visitors.


Essential Functions
  • Provide detailed information about the tour route and script.
  • Greet guests and facilitate a smooth and safe passage through the stadium.
  • Offer facts and historical context about the city and surrounding landmarks.
  • Point out features of interest and answer questions to enhance the visitor's experience.
  • Maintain a professional image and pleasant demeanor at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and referring concerns to supervisors as necessary.
  • Create and prepare tour materials as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the tour route remains effective and efficient.
  • E nsure guest safety while waiting, on tour, or in assigned areas.
