Executive Chef

Chefs will drive the restaurant operation, supporting an inclusive and innovative culture. They must be committed to making others happy, managing projects, and sharing feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Crop and Kettle standards are maintained for all team members.
- Write prep lists, check methods of preparation, and work the line when necessary.
- Maintain compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations and uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements.
- Supervise food preparation and ensure stations are clean and organized.
- Provide feedback and guidance to support team members and ensure they have the tools to succeed.
- Oversee company systems and policies, and order products to ensure freshness and timely use.
- Make daily specials and perform other duties as assigned.
This role requires a strong commitment to supporting an inclusive and innovative culture, and a passion for making others happy. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and communicator, with excellent project management skills and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Physical Demands
- This position requires 75%+ of time on their feet, with some lifting required.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules, including holidays and weekends, to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
