Job Summary:

As a key member of the Bowlero team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff. Your duties will include cleaning all equipment, operating the automatic dishwasher, and ensuring all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their appropriate service area. Additionally, you will be responsible for restocking bottled beverages in the bar cooler and maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean all equipment, including grills, ovens, ranges, griddles, and prep surfaces.
  • Operate the automatic dishwasher and hand wash items as needed.
  • Ensure all food and beverage utensils are properly sanitized and returned to their appropriate service area.
