Sanitation Supervisor

We are seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of food service staff and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of products and services produced.
• Adjust daily schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering.
• Maintain health and safety standards for raw and finished products.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service or related fields.
• Knowledge of common food safety practices and GMPs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ServSafe certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
