Job Responsibilities
The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Upholding SmartBank's Core Values and Core Purpose
- Exercising daily supervision over the branch staff and ensuring operational efficiency
- Assisting with personnel administration matters as assigned
- Performing Financial Services Representative duties as needed
- Promoting friendly relations with retail customers, local businesses, trade organizations, and service clubs
- Examining workflow procedures, staff levels, and client flow and transaction volume
- Implementing revisions to maximize productivity and income-generating opportunities
- Ensuring adequate training in selling and cross-selling of bank products and services
- Maintaining prescribed security controls and compliance with current regulatory legislation
- Sets sales goals and objectives and implements actions to motivate staff to sell bank products
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous bank management experience
