Key Responsibilities
The Grants Management Officer will:
- Lead the coordination of grant applications and manage relationships with external funding agencies.
- Oversee the Elevate '28 Infrastructure Investment Plan, ensuring effective tracking and reporting of funds.
- Collaborate with department leadership to identify and pursue relevant grant opportunities.
- Maintain best practices for grant application, expenditure, and tracking processes.
- Manage a team of analysts and grant writers to support grant-related activities.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, along with three years of relevant experience in managing publicly funded projects or programs. A valid California Class C Driver License is also necessary for this position.
