The Cleveland Clinic Foundation is seeking a highly skilled Director of Clinical Research to join our esteemed team in the Center for Neurological Restoration. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary group practice, you will lead the clinical trials and research program in Movement Disorders and Functional Neurosurgery, collaborating with renowned experts in the field.

We are looking for a Clinician Researcher with advanced training in Movement Disorders and Deep Brain Stimulation, and a passion for driving innovation and growth in our research program. You will have the support of a dedicated research supervisor, 15 research coordinators, a biostatistician, and clinical trial design expert, as well as access to a vast patient base from 10 Fellowship-trained movement disorders specialists, 3 functional neurosurgeons, 2 neuropsychologists, 2 bioethicists, and 7 advanced practice providers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing clinical research strategies to advance our understanding of Movement Disorders and Functional Neurosurgery
  • Leading a team of research coordinators and collaborating with clinicians to design and execute clinical trials
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement innovative research projects
  • Providing expert guidance on research design, methodology, and statistical analysis
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high-quality research standards

Requirements:
