Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of research outcomes, business goals, and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations.
- Build strong relationships and communicate regularly with stakeholders and research leaders to shape product strategy and surface needs.
- Lead product strategy, planning, and life cycle management efforts, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Monitor research and innovation trends to inform product strategy and propose new solutions.
- Establish product roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve research outcomes.
- Contribute to translating business requirements into actionable product and technical requirements.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance and champion improvements.
- Determine resources and skills required for the product team to deliver on the roadmap.
- Guide the product engineering team to scope, plan, and deliver work using agile methods and best practices.
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers to achieve objectives for the product.
- Ensure adherence to corporate, financial, research, and information management standards.
- Grow adoption and consumption of product capabilities.
- Serve as product director for multiple related products.
- Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs for the product to measure performance and contribution to patient outcomes and business goals.
Product Focus
The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare research operations and management, automation best practices, and building AI and digital products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7 years of product management or related experience.
- Background in healthcare required; preference for previous analytics product experience.
- Strong relationship building and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
- Able to balance stakeholder priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including data-driven decision-making.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Experience communicating complex technical information to various stakeholders.
