Job OverviewWe're looking for a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in Emerging Markets and a passion for creating experiences that accelerate game growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll develop and execute data-driven strategies tailored for LATAM, ensuring proactive campaign planning and market-specific adjustments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the global mobile gaming landscape, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities- Develop and execute go-to-market growth strategies for LATAM, leveraging insights from ad platforms and product teams.
- Coordinate with User Acquisition Teams to deliver data-driven marketing campaigns tailored for the region, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with internal partners.
- Monitor performance data, identify trends, and optimize campaign outcomes to drive business growth.
- Liaise with Emerging Markets Country Managers to coordinate campaigns and priorities, ensuring a unified approach to market expansion.
- Represent Niantic's interests in planning meetings, ensuring alignment with product marketing and Live Ops initiatives.
- Engage with player communities, incorporate feedback, and drive event-based marketing initiatives to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regular attendance and participation in meetings, to achieve shared goals.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as 4+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Live Ops, or Product Marketing, preferably in gaming or mobile apps. The successful candidate will also have expertise in Emerging Markets, agency management, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
