As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, efficient, and compliant clinical environment, assisting physicians in delivering quality care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review physician patient list for any special needs and update the medical record per policy.
- Escort patients to examination rooms, obtain and document the following: Chief Complaint, and update the medical record.
- Maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain communication with the front desk regarding physician schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
