We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at ProSource. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and integrating automation systems for residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Wire and terminate new construction and retrofit projects
- Complete installation and setup of audio/video equipment
- Setup and install commercial grade networking equipment
- Install motorized shades
- Integrate with other building systems including HVAC and Entry Services
- Complete basic programming of Savant, Control 4 and Lutron systems
- Support all of our partners such as architects, general contractors, and various trades
- Provide service and troubleshooting for new and existing systems
- 1-5+ years of industry experience
- Wiring and termination skills
- System installation setup and troubleshooting skills
- Basic networking and computer skills
- Experience with Savant, Lutron, Control 4 etc
- Certifications with key manufacturers, CEDIA and/or AVIXA are a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical
- Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
- Excellent skills with desktop computing Office 365
