Electrical Systems Specialist

At Synerfac, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems in a fast-paced mechanical contractor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install electrical raceways systems, including EMT, RMC, PVC, cable tray, and troughs.
  • Install panelboards, switchboards, switchgears, MCC, and control panels.
  • Install various forms of switching and receptacle outlet devices.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and controls circuitry and devices up to 480VAC.
  • Install luminaires and ensure all electrical installations comply with the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70).
  • Install motors, transformers, and generators.
  • Install communications, ethernet, and fiber optic lines.
  • Install VFDs, PLC, control relays, power supplies, safety relays, proximity switches, and other instrumentation and control devices.


Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or at least five (5) years of experience working in the electrical industry.
  • Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
