About the Job

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Stratford Manor in West Orange. As an OT, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their goals and maintain their independence.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Choose activities that promote independence and enhance the residents' quality of life.
  • Monitor and assess the progress of residents, providing detailed reports to ensure their continued care and support.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to residents with disabilities or injuries.
Requirements
  • Valid State OT License
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
  • Current State OT License, required
  • Experience is a plus
