Reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor, this position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of enrollment data submitted to the NSLDS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough reviews of student enrollment rosters received from NSLDS on a monthly basis.
  • Tracking, updating, and managing all relevant files in a timely manner to ensure accuracy.
  • Assisting in the preparation and reporting of Gainful Employment and Financial Value Transparency (GE/FVT) data.
  • Ensuring adherence to all federal regulations and university policies and procedures.

Essential Skills: The NSLDS Reviewer must possess a strong understanding of Department of Education (ED) compliance regulations and be familiar with the NSLDS Enrollment Reporting Guide. The role requires proficiency in various software tools to facilitate the review and analysis of:

  • Monthly rosters forwarded by the NSLDS.
  • The institutional student information system (SIS) for matching received rosters.
  • Internal systems for reviewing, amending, and returning files to the NSLDS.
  • Error reports generated by the NSLDS from submitted rosters.

The Reviewer will collaborate with the Registrar, Deans, and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in enrollment data. Additionally, the Reviewer will utilize the EdConnect System for file management and will engage with online systems such as NSLDS and COD as necessary to ensure data accuracy.

Reporting Responsibilities: The Reviewer will also be involved in Gainful Employment and Financial Value Transparency reporting, contributing to the overall compliance and integrity of the institution's financial aid processes.
