Regional Vice President of Growth and Operations

Job Summary
Prime Group Holdings, LLC, a leading vertically-integrated private equity real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to drive growth and optimize operations across its self-storage and alternative asset classes. Reporting to the COO and EVP of Operations, this key role will oversee regional District Managers, ensure effective communication between field and home office teams, and focus on cost optimization for maximum operating income.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional District Managers, providing coaching, support, and performance feedback
- Ensure seamless communication between field and home office teams
- Optimize controllable expenses for maximum operating income across storage facilities in the US and Canada
- Manage payroll budgets across field locations spanning multiple countries
- Collaborate with the COO and EVP of Operations to prepare property and capital budgets, operational reviews, and expense reports
- Develop innovative approaches to drive revenue growth, expand customer reach, and enhance brand awareness
- Partner with District Managers on field hiring initiatives, including associate retention programs, training, and staffing trends
- Work closely with the Training department to create rollout plans and training materials for new company programs and initiatives
- Drive a culture of employee engagement, sales, and service excellence across field facilities
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and performance expectations through regular site visits
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop future marketing plans for each region and monitor implementation to achieve overall marketing goals
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in operations management within a retail setting or related field, with self-storage experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or similar field; MBA/Master's is a plus
- Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams
- Experience developing budgets and business plans
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
- Ability to streamline or implement structures that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
