We are seeking a part-time Administrative Support Specialist for our home and corporate offices, with working hours from 1 PM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Your responsibilities will include running errands (such as post office visits, returns, grocery shopping, and donation/recycling drop-offs) and transporting family members to appointments, as well as picking them up from school, camps, and practices using a company-provided vehicle.
Additionally, you will assist with light office tasks including filing, organization, scanning, online product research, order placement, and appointment scheduling. Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace will also be part of your duties.
We are eager to welcome the right candidate to our team and are looking for a long-term commitment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, Word, Excel, and internet search engines.
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems for saving and retrieving documents.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Capacity to remain composed during busy days and changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and positive interaction with family members and guests.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Knowledge of Asana software is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English.
