Key Responsibilities- Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations to ensure seamless delivery of hospice services.
- Monitor nursing staff performance and address any quality assurance issues to maintain high standards of care.
- Provide clinical policy and procedure support to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist the Director in identifying and resolving nursing department deficiencies, and monitor the implementation of correction plans.
- A strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
- A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
- 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Current RN or LPN licensure (in good standing) in the state of practice.
