Job Summary

As a Senior Sales Manager at Marriott International, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers. This role requires a proactive approach to soliciting business, identifying new opportunities, and upselling packages to maximize revenue. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop effective sales plans and actions, and utilize your negotiating skills to close deals and negotiate contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Target and pursue large group or other customer segments with significant revenue potential
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve personal and team revenue goals
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
  • Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize intranet resources, templates, and information to support sales efforts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related professional area. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is also required. You will need excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
