Family Support Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As our Family Support Program Manager, you will be responsible for building and leading strong teams to deliver high-quality care and preventive services. This includes managing program referrals, coordinating parenting groups and employee training, and facilitating outreach efforts to promote effective communication and collaboration.

You will also supervise daily operations, analyze complex service problems, and recommend effective solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in conferences, training, consortiums, and work groups with relevant stakeholders in the community.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate others. You will also have experience in administration/management, preferably in child welfare, and knowledge of ACS Foster Care Regulations.
