Job Title: Client & Data Coordination Junior Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Associate to support cross-departmental business operations for our three business platforms (EB-5, EB-5 redeployment, and private equity). The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in client onboarding, monitoring, and processing client's initial investments, as well as maintaining accurate data within our file server and database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process documentation and remittances in a timely manner, adhering to existing procedures.
  • Perform strong data entry operations, including uploading documentation, creating documentation, and frequent email communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with internal staff on investor documentation status and respond to general inquiries.
  • Resolve minor data entry issues and seek assistance from supervisor for issues beyond immediate expertise.
  • Support the internal team as needed with annual PKF audit.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Client & Data Coordination team on administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize completion of assignments in the appropriate order.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically, Word and Excel).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • One to three years of full-time work experience performing data entry tasks.
Compensation and Benefits:

Annual salary of $70,000 commensurate with experience and education. This role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Enrollment in Safe Harbor 401K plan (5% of gross salary is vested) after one year of employment. Yearly PTO includes 12 vacation days, 3 personal days, and 6 sick days.
