Job Title: Client and Data Junior Associate

About CanAm Enterprises:

CanAm Enterprises is a leading investment management firm specializing in immigration-linked EB-5 investment and private equity offerings. With a hybrid workplace model, employees report to our headquarters two days a week and the remaining days are remote.

Description of the Role:

The Client and Data Coordination Junior Associate will support cross-departmental business operations for CanAm's three business platforms (EB-5, EB-5 redeployment, and private equity). This role involves assisting in client onboarding, monitoring, and processing client's initial investments, as well as maintaining accurate data within CanAm's file server and database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process documentation and remittances in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including uploading documentation and creating new records.
  • Communicate frequently with internal staff on investor documentation status and answer general inquiries.
  • Resolve minor data entry issues and seek assistance from supervisor for issues beyond immediate expertise.
  • Support internal team as needed with annual PKF audit.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize completion of assignments in the appropriate order.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically, Word and Excel).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • One to three years of full-time work experience performing data entry tasks.

Benefits:

  • Annual salary of $70,000 commensurate with experience and education.
  • Performance-based bonus.

  • Yearly PTO includes 12 vacation days, 3 personal days, and 6 sick days.
