Position Overview

Sollis Health is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Reception Coordinator to enhance our members' experience as the initial point of contact at our concierge clinics. You will serve as a key ambassador, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere as you guide patients through our intake and checkout procedures.

Part-Time Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcoming members and patients upon their arrival, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service.
  • Managing patient accounts within our electronic medical records (EMR) system, including appointment scheduling, patient intake, registration updates, document scanning, and daily schedule reconciliation.
  • Conducting health screenings, including temperature checks and COVID-related inquiries.
  • Inputting membership leads and patient demographic information into our Salesforce system.
  • Coordinating follow-up appointments for medical assessments, vaccinations, and home visits as necessary.
  • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues as required.
  • Answering the medical hotline and directing patients to the appropriate healthcare team members for their medical care, billing inquiries, or other assistance.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment that aligns with Sollis brand standards.
  • Handling mail distribution and facilitating mailing items to members, including signing for packages when necessary.
  • Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring rooms are adequately stocked, and collaborating with the inventory coordinator to order supplies as needed.
  • Performing additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

We value diverse backgrounds and experiences, but ideally, candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality and/or medical office settings is highly preferred.
  • A strong administrative background, particularly in managing customer interactions via phone.
  • The ability to efficiently implement and enhance established office procedures and policies.

  • Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency with technology and a quick adaptability to new systems.

  • A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and openness to innovative ideas.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $26 - $28

This pay range is specific to candidates in New York City. Sollis Health operates in multiple states, and this rate may not reflect compensation for positions located outside of New York City. Actual pay will depend on various factors, including experience, industry background, location, and education.
