Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Buyers' Agents to finalize contracts through to closing.
  • Evaluate, stage, and promote properties for sellers to attract potential buyers efficiently.
  • Negotiate contracts with buyer's agents to secure the most favorable deals.
  • Generate new leads from sales agents and proactively schedule listing appointments.
  • Provide clients with weekly updates on their listings to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage positive ratings and referrals.
  • Coordinate with administrative personnel to ensure timely management of client listings.
  • Guarantee all necessary information is relayed to staff for seamless listing and client management.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong grasp of real estate market dynamics and proficiency in market analysis.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Compensation: $150,000+ at plan annually.
