Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
  • Operate dishwashers manually as needed.
  • Organize and store clean dishes and kitchen tools in designated areas.
  • Keep kitchen workspaces, equipment, and utensils in pristine condition.
  • Restock supplies in serving areas, storage cabinets, and refrigeration units.
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping and scrubbing.
  • Sanitize waste containers using water or steam.
  • Sort and dispose of trash in designated collection zones.
  • Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as required.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment is essential.
