Registered Nurse Hospice Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team at CarePartners Living LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centered care to individuals in need of end-of-life support.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families, promoting a positive and respectful care environment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse licensure and current certification in hospice care.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Valid driver's license.
