Requirements
  • Experience: 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability, and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for 6-8 hours, and work in a fast-paced environment.
