Product Sales Specialist

The Delivery Merchandiser (DM) role is a vital position within the Buffalo Rock Company, responsible for selling in, delivering, and merchandising a diverse portfolio of beverage products from PepsiCo, Keurig Dr. Pepper, and Buffalo Rock private label brands.
Sales Responsibilities
- Service all assigned accounts according to Buffalo Rock Standards and Franchise Policy for service frequency.
- Perform specific activities of the assigned route, including the selling in of new products, incremental displays, additional merchandising space, and promotions.
- Develop and maintain positive professional customer relationships.
Account Management
- Communicate all transshipping activity in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures.
- Visit weekly all transshipping accounts to pick up pallets, trays, etc.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts to ensure the group's success.
Core Competencies
- Achieve required percentage of Strategic Execution Objectives.
- Execute and achieve all account program key objectives.
- Properly rotate all products in accordance with Buffalo Rock Policy and Procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Be physically able to lift and carry 21-50 lbs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); Preferred
- No prior experience necessary
- Must have a valid state driver license, Class A Commercial Driver License (where applicable), and be D.O.T Certified (where applicable)
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
