Job Description

At ALIS Software LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled AI Model Developer to join our team. As a key member of our AI development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and training generative AI models for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop generative AI models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other frameworks.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms to enhance the performance and capabilities of generative AI systems.
  • Prepare and preprocess datasets for training and evaluating generative AI models.
  • Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate generative AI functionalities into existing systems and applications.
  • Optimize AI models for efficiency, scalability, and performance across different platforms and environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and related fields and apply new techniques and methodologies to ongoing projects.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, reliability, and robustness.
  • Create detailed documentation for AI models, processes, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability.
  • Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines in AI development, addressing issues such as bias, fairness, and transparency in AI models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development or a related role.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models and solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing.
  • Knowledge of API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience implementing RAG and fine-tuning GenAI solution using the relevant Azure resources and services.
  • Experience with developing Custom Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with developing Gen AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and Azure AI Studio for RAG and fine-tune LLM for GenAI solutions.
  • Prompt engineering expertise to facilitate gen ai solution testing and usage.
  • Agile / ADO experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing distributed architecture patterns (e.g. web applications, REST/microservices). Azure experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing GenAI solutions using a defined GenAl life cycle process.
  • Java development experience.
