About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering cloud-based healthcare analytic solutions, collaborating with data engineers and scientists to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cloud-based data engineering solutions to support business needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and constraints
  • Develop and maintain high-quality data pipelines and analytics models
  • Lead exploratory data analysis and generate actionable insights
  • Maintain documentation of data definitions, transformations, and processes
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics
  • 3+ years of experience leading requirements gathering and product development initiatives
  • 2+ years of experience with quality management using analytics processes
  • Expert knowledge of data discovery, cleaning, model selection, validation, and deployment
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare domain, including claims and enrollment data
Preferred Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in a STEM field
  • Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)
  • Experience analyzing and building models using healthcare claims data
  • Prior work as an actuary or with actuaries
