Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping and Accounting Professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling cash and credit cards, and processing payroll.

You will work closely with our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and contribute to the development of financial strategies to support the growth and success of our company.


Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicing
  • Reconcile cash and credit card transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
  • Process payroll accurately and on time, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and success

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional bookkeeping and accounting experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work collaboratively with finance and non-finance teams
