About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to member phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Address member concerns and provide solutions to their problems
  • Assist members with account-related issues, such as balance inquiries and transaction disputes
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • One to three years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
