Job Summary

U.S. Tsubaki is seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Line Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating assembly lines, performing changeovers, and adjusting equipment to assemble Automotive Timing Chain and Components. You will work closely with the department group leader or supervisor to maintain production schedules, quality control records, and chain assembly records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections and apply oil or grease to specified areas.
  • Conduct comprehensive PMs on machines, including oil changes.
  • Basic troubleshooting of chain assembly equipment to identify and correct issues.
  • Operate various machines and equipment, including roller link assembly, chain assembly, riveting, pre-stressing, articulation checking, center distance measuring, automatic cutting, and endless operation.
  • Adhere to work standards and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Record production and quality control data, and detect faulty operation or defective material.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years of experience running multiple machines and performing preventative maintenance.
  • Safety First mindset.
  • Strong focus on Quality.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
