Job Summary

US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a skilled Assembly Line Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Line Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating assembly lines to assemble automotive timing chains and components. You will work closely with the production team to ensure high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate assembly lines to assemble automotive timing chains and components
  • Perform preventive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting of chain assembly equipment to identify and resolve issues
  • Work with the production team to maintain production schedules and quality control records
  • Prepare test samples for quality control and record production data as required
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow standard safety regulations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience running multiple machines and performing preventative maintenance
  • Safety First mindset
  • Strong focus on Quality
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
