About the Job

We are seeking an ITSM Administrator to join our team at UCSF. As a key member of the Customer Experience team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the right processes, people, and technology are in place to meet the unique demands of the research community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Customer Experience teams to gather insights and feedback
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and facilitate staff training
  • Partner with various IT departments to ensure that ITSM practices are integrated throughout the organization
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in information technology or IT service management
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent platforms
