As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with AI adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance, AI governance, and policy development. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines related to AI usage within our organization. Additionally, this individual will serve as a subject matter expert on AI-related matters, providing guidance and support to colleagues and external partners.

Salary and Benefits

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training
  • 7+ years of program management experience, with expertise in managing complex initiatives
  • Extensive knowledge of AI governance and regulatory landscapes in healthcare
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
